BFS Machine
Blow-Fill-Seal platform for polymer bottles and sterile liquid packaging. The container is created inside the process, filled, sealed and released as a finished pack.
A focused technology platform for four core product families: BFS Machine, FFS Machine, Respule Machine and Ear / Eye Drop Machine - supported by cleanroom, utility, commissioning and lifecycle services.
FFS MACHINE · IV BAG SOLUTIONS

Blow-Fill-Seal platform for polymer bottles and sterile liquid packaging. The container is created inside the process, filled, sealed and released as a finished pack.

Form-Fill-Seal solutions for flexible IV / infusion bags. The website connects the machine directly with the bag formats shown in your supplied samples.

Unit-dose respiratory packaging positioned around small-volume polymer moulding, precise filling and sealed respule / nebule formats.

Small-volume sterile packaging for eye and ear care products, with container geometry and closure selected around dispensing and dose requirements.
For the website, the BFS explanation is intentionally simple and visual. Polymer is introduced as a parison, formed into the container, filled with the specified product volume, sealed, and then released from the mould.
Your process image: 500 mL container formation. This is a much stronger website visual than a generic stock machine render. The uploaded close-ups are ideal for a short “technology in action” section. They demonstrate tooling, transfer/handling and actual container formation without making the homepage too technical.

Small-volume multi-cavity mould detail suitable for respule, ophthalmic or other compact polymer pack discussions.

Mechanical handling inside the machine, useful for showing controlled transfer of the formed container through the process.

Actual polymer bottle formation image supporting the 100 / 500 / 1000 mL LVP product story.
The strongest FFS presentation is not a generic description. It shows the machine next to the actual bag formats it is intended to manufacture.

Double-hard tube soft bag
Double-soft tube soft bag
Hard-tube soft bagPosition the TAPS FFS machine around an integrated bag-making workflow and clearly show which soft-bag formats are supported by the final machine configuration.
This output strip is intentionally simple. It maps each TAPS machine to the corresponding finished polymer package instead of displaying unrelated pharmaceutical containers.
